Means made of concrete. As the name of the radio show still is, “Betonska Basta” means concrete garden in Serbo- Yugo- Croato- Montenegro- Bosnian. Broadly taken, a concrete garden is what Betonska music associates with; firm and angular, yet floral and easy. However, for the name of the label, simply “Betonska” sounded better.
